Additional Info

  • Unused credits ROLLOVER up to 12 months.
  • NO CONTRACT. To cancel must text/email 30 days prior. 



  • May gift 2 sessions per year to friends or family. Must contact office to make arrangements.
  • NO refunds or sharing membership.
  • Please call if your are unable to make your appointment. No call/No show appointments will result in losing the credit for that month.


  • Make your appointments online or by calling the office. If you need to reschedule due to illness, Please  call or text at least 4 hours before appointment.
  • Please note that any failed payments must be settled within 10 business days to avoid automatic termination of your membership due to non-payment.
